I've seen women in wedged heels before, but I can honestly say I've never seen sneaker wedges before. I didn't even know such a thing existed. It does seem like a cool idea though, you get the lifting and toning effect on the legs and butt that heels provide, yet the casual look of sneakers.

I'd say 30k is crazy, but I know that it's shorter than a marathon and you do that as "just" the running portion of an Ironman! I'd bet you that you're going to set a PR in the 30k as well! :)

That's one way to get a PR, though it kind of seems like cheating. :p

edit: This was meant as a joke, I am in no way saying you would cheat in any way. I just reread my post and it sounded bad, so I wanted to clarify. :)

My Dear, you are selling yourself short.

Your ass is not young and perky. Rather there is a quality to it that is rarely seen. I like its' curves, its' sensual magnificence (akin to Rivera), there is a richness to it that has been acquired slowly and over time.
