Is the basement the room that is the worst off in needing cleanliness?
I do know that feeling...That seems to be every room I have stuff in...Laziness does feel amazing, until you clean it, and then it's even better than being lazy!Nah. I've been lazy. Everything needed cleaning.
Hi ya I have been following (admiring) your tread for along time now. I just have to say that your are stunning and your personallity that come through in your post is awesome.

We'll see how they feel tomorrow for swimming and stair climbing!
Stair climbing...with dead legs. That is a level of dedication I could only wish to have!![]()
They seem to feel ok right now![]()
Do you need a second opinion? I could come over and feel them, just to be sure...
I spoke too soon.
I got up and walked down stairs. It might be a rest day.

Survived a swim set
Making bacon and eggs to celebrate
Wakey wakey, eggs and bacey!
It occurs to me, since your swim training is for triathlons, do you wear tri shorts for the swimming too, and just wear them all the swim, ride, and run, or change from a swimsuit to the shorts after the swim? I've always wondered if racers would want to take the extra time to change, for comfort purposes.

Holy crap woman...seriously????
So for anything except full ironmans I'll just wear a tri kit
For ironman this time around I'll probably change, last time in just a tri kit sucked
Just shaved mah legs![]()

So what do you wear for training swims? Tri kit to be used to it, or swimsuit to be ready for the Ironman since you'll be changing?
In the pool I wear a swimsuit. For open water it depends, if I'm wearing my wetsuit and just swimming I'll just put the swimsuit under, if I'm doing a shorter brick or something, I'll wear a kit so I can just hop on the bike after and go. Of it's a hardcore training day and no wetsuit, I'll swim in the kit if it's open water, swim suit in the pool, and then change into cycling clothes, and then if needed change into running shorts to finish
That's so impressive that you train some days doing all 3 disciplines as if you actually are doing a tri even when you don't have to.At least in that case you're not timed, so you can take the time to change for comfort.
DEDICATION!!!!Lol it's not an "I have to thing" it's an "I get to" thing! And it's how you train. Come this summer I'll have days where I'll do a 3-4,000 yard swim set, bike for about 6-7 hours, and finish with an hour run and then wake up the next day and run 3-4 hours

It definitely is a an "YOu get to!" thing, and that dedication is what I find so impressive.
It's also that dedication that makes me believe that even if I did live close and brought you chocolate milkshakes whenever you wanted, you'd be able to resist and wouldn't be 300 lbs!![]()
