I'm sure I state the obvious here but I'll still say it - He's not worth it if he is willing to put his needs ahead of yours. Pure and simple. A lady like you needs to have some one to take care of your needs, as well as his own. Just my opinion. :eek:

This breakup has probably hurt more than any other, but I've learned to handle a breakup. Keep busy. Run until you can't, then run more. Have friends who are willing to listen and then willing to move on with you. Jump in a cold river and swim. While driving, listen to podcasts so it's not so lonely and it's not music that makes you cry. Have a mother who will cradle you until one am when the tears only stop because there's none left and will fall asleep with you so you don't spend that first heart wrenching night alone.

As bad as a breakup can be, it sounds like you have a great support system and very healthy habits to get you through this.

I'll echo what everyone else is thinking: It's his loss. You're smart, sexy, active, and creative... A perfect 10.
