gone through an up and down six months- though the downs have been fine, showing things in there to see- of course ups are always fun to take so you just ride with them
though i thought there might be some lingerie somewhere in that triathalon
i had a different sort of triathlon in mind

i love sprint and olympic, but I think I'm gonna love longer course, I'm running an ironman next august, so excited.

That's awesome. I haven't been able to get up the courage to run an Ironman. I was supposed to do a half iron in a couple weeks, but I took a spill off my bike about a week ago and my shoulder is f-ed.
