Caught out having an affair?

Hi. I'm currently doing some research on affairs and being caught out. I'm interested in hearing your stories on how it all came to a head so to speak. I've already published on here the best of the first batch, under Timkitten, A Guide To Having An Affair.

One of the best stories was about a man having an affair with a neigbour who lived only a few door away from his home. His wife was due to get up for work at 5.30 and hed fallen asleep at his affair partners house. He woke up at 4,30 and rushed to get home. As he reached his front door he realised he'd left a perfect track in the snow from one house to the other on a very quite road. He spent the next hour walking up and down, cris crossing the street in an effort to hide his tracks.

Also want to hear from both points of view. Not just how you were you found out, but what happened if you found out your partner was having an affair?And how did you find out? When did you know? How could you tell?
