Well, there are low dose testosterone patches that men and women can use for low sex drive. I think they might work. It would probably take forever, though, if they do work for clit enlargement. There are also testosterone creams similar to the estrogen ones women use. There's also the injection option. (which is most likely the fastest, but probably not highly preferred, since in involves intecting testosterone directly into the person's dick/clit)
