Basically what he said but I'll add something.
In general don't post some little known celebrity particularly if you can't either guide us some media of them or tell us about them. There are two major advantages to writing in the Celebrity section.
1. If it's a major actress (or charachter in general) people already know what she looks like. So instead of me spending a paragraph describing J-Lo I just tell you it's J-Lo and then I reference her ass every third sentence because everybody already knows what she looks like. If it's a lesser known celebrity you're already writing for a niche audience. Sure everybody that rads your story about Juliet Landau will love it (because it's probably the only one in existence about her and not Drusilla from Buffy) but nobody else is gonna bat an eye at it.
2. If it's a very public celebrity or a fictional charachter their personalities and situations they may find themselves in are already partially in place. If I write a story about say a man who dresses like a Bat letting a woman who dresses like a cat give him a blowjob instead of going to jail people already buy it despite how absurd that situation would sound if you didn't live in a world where you already not only think that a man in his pajamas with his underwear on the outside makes sense, most of us after the 80's don't even find the idea to be cute and funny throw a hissy fit about Adam West Batman because Batman's not funny. The same goes for if I wrote you a story where Lindsey Lohan got drunk rear ended me and just begged me because she couldn't afford to have another incident that both has charachter people recognize and believable situation.
So you have to give so much more than this. This isn't an idea or a request at all. If this is all you got perhaps take the Story Spinner for a whirl.
