Hi everyone:

I have a Toshiba Satellite a105-s4094 laptop. I have a bunch of pictures that I would like to put on my desktop and screensaver. I would like to have them flow into each other. I hope that you understand what I mean. I would like to have one on their for about 30 seconds, then have another one on there for 30 seconds etc., etc. How do I go about doing this? I couldn't find it in the manual. Thanks!

1) Put the pics you want to see in a folder, maybe called "Screensaver Pics"

2) Right click on your desktop, select Properties

3) Click on the Screensaver tab, select My Pictures Slideshow from the dropdown list

4) Hit the Settings button

5)
a) Change the top slider to 30 (or whatever) seconds
b) Make them as big as you want them (I use 90% of my screen, but you can mess with it to see what looks best later)
c) Click the Browse button and select the "Screensaver Pics" folder that your images are in
d) Check the Use Transition Effects and Allow scrolling... boxes, if you want to (I check both)

6) Click OK

7) Click then Preview to make sure it's to your liking (if not, you can go back and adjust), then Apply, then OK

You should be set. :)

ETA: Now, if you want them as the background/wallpaper on your desktop, that's a different story. However, you could simply set your screensaver to kick in more frequently (so maybe every two minutes), so anytime you're not working on the computer you see your picture slideshow. At least that's what I'd do.

I don't know how much help it will be because I haven't tried to add images to the selection or mesed withthe wlpaper fuunction, but...

http://www.azurebay.com/ is the company that made the screensver I use which is a slideshow of the Redwoods National Park. It is the only screensaver I've used that can also set the wallpaper. IIRC, it can be set to "random" and will set the Wallpaper to a new image from the slideshow selected every time it activates.
