Changes in orgasms for those past 70?

As a topic for discussion, I'd really like to know if anyone else has experienced truly incredible changes in their orgasms as they've passed the 70-year mark?
A few years ago I began to have these intense, rolling thunder orgasms from time to time, that seemed then to come, first, like a sort of powerful second wave a few seconds after the first, which was something new.
I'd been having unbelievably hot sex with an very uninhibited woman (also over 70) for several years, and I just assumed it was the intensity of our sex that was bringing it on.
However, I've found that it was not that, since, over time and with different partners, my orgasms have continued to get even longer and stronger, often going on with several waves for sometimes half a minute or so (but who's timing?).
Having had radiation therapy on my prostate several years ago, I no longer ejaculate, but produce just a dribble later, but I'm wondering if other guys out there, especially the "glow-bros" like me, are having a similar experience?

Hard to describe but almost a rolling orgasm, stretched out a LITTLE long than normal than usual. Just way more intense. Nothing like a Lit orgasm lol

That sounds a lot like the ones I get - and others describe - when high on weed. Incredible!
But what I'm experiencing all the time now is beyond that, especially in terms of length and intensity. As I say, it comes in distinctly separate "waves." And again, of course, when I'm high, is even more intense.
I've just been wondering if this is only me, or others our age are also finding anything like this?

I’m now 72 and have never so far experienced a rolling type orgasm
I still orgasm and it feels wonderful..not much semen
But I just figure less clean up after..
