I’ve Been wearing a cage for almost 7 year. It’s not for abstinence but control. Mine also has a urethral tube so it’s higher maintenance. The longest I’ve gone without having it taken off was almost 4 months .

I've been wearing it for two years. The only time I take it off is to groom. I use a tens unit for a shocking release.

Time for an update:
We are on our second custom printed plastic cage. Each has gotten us closer to a good fit but we aren’t quite there yet. I’ve worn the latest one all day for the last five days and other than adjusting to relieve spots that got irritated, it’s going better. We haven’t been keeping it on overnight to give a period of recovery. We’ve been so encouraged that we are communicating with the maker about how to get the best fit in our next purchase. I’d like it to be a little more compact and project outward less so I don’t have to worry about it’s appearance under clothes as much. The company (oxy-shop.com) has been very helpful and has offered discounts for our repeat orders.

I thought that when I first saw/ held one. No never used one. It’s heavy for its size.
When I was handed one. First time meeting a Female dominant. I looked it over for a minute. Trying to wrap my mind around it. I think she handed it to me to gauge reaction. I was more… ok so what about. And how does it. Etc.
