Chat and Bulletin Board?

Whats the difference in chat and the bulletin board. Do I need to sign up there? Thanks

Okay chat and bulletin board require separate accounts - although I have seen some people with the same name. If you have ever used an im program such as aol messenger, chat works the same way. It's instant scrolling with various rooms and various topics. You can "im" someone personally or just chat in the room. However, please read the little helpful hints, like don't pm someone without there approval. Depends on the person and how picky they are, but just common edicate. The board is a tad bit different in that you can post something, but someone might not answer it immediately. Just more of a place to share ideas and come back to them.
