Honestly, your brand of vitriole makes me nauseous. Really truly physically nauseous and very angry as well. You've been spouting it for some time so I don't suppose there is anything I could say that would change the way you think. I tried discussing it with you once before and you simply continued. I guess it seems like good fun to you making somebody feel that way. Perhaps pushing buttons is how you have your fun. It's not fun to me. It makes me physically sick and very sad. I come to Lit for fun and for the friends I've found here, not to get up from my computer feeling like that. If it means I have to stay away from this thread to not feel like that, then I will. I hope you've had fun making me feel crummy. Wish I thought you had the decency to be sorry for it but I kind of doubt it.

It's one thing to spout off ridiculous stuff thinking it's being funny ... it's another to go and deliberately insult and attack someone who may not have gotten your "sense of humor" -- unless of course they had you pegged in the first place.

ouch! I havent been in here in a longtime and see I may have contributed to some unpleasantries. not my stlye by any means sorry if I offended anyone.I re-read the thread and it looks like the best thing for it is to go away..at least I am as I head for florida til next may.winter upstate is just to damn cold..and I can say that having survived the 100 year blizzard in buff. spent hard time in syracuse as well and oneonta where a few years ago the high for the day was minus 4...burrrrr.I just saw today was nearly 80 and sunny in clearwater..ummmm ... again sorry .I am anything but a sexist..but I see why you were annoyed..

lit is a funny place sometimes.I do think typing people get the wrong impression.yup looking foward to warmer weather.wasnt always that way .I used to ski and when I was a kid I lived for the winter in upstate ny but bodies change and I can tolerate heat much better..makes playing golf easier as well.lol..

I agree until this cold weather came the fall here was second to none.which is why I dont head south just yet.but I always return as spring and summer in ny is outstanding especially in the hudson valley.looks like snow is trying to make its way into upstate hopefully I wont see it anytime soon.lol
