First week of January we'll be calling in room reservations and when I get back from the beach I'll be heading over to the hotel to make final room assignments. The longer you wait, the farther you'll be from the party rooms!​

Just a quick note to any lurkers ~ahem~ ...

I know some local folks are looking at possibly stopping by. That is definitely not a problem, the more the merry! Here is a quick round-up of activities going on:

Thursday evening ... some arrivals ... probably go out for dinner and then hang out at the hotel. Early to bed due to a long day Friday.

Friday ... lots of arrivals ... hanging out in the rooms ... evening will be the Costume Party that will take place down in the "conference" room. (Make sure to bring a robe to get from your room to the party room if your costume is of too ~ahem~ revealing. )

Saturday ... hangover recovery ... some will go shopping ... some will go downtown ... some will hang out in the rooms during the day. Evening will be split between the two extra hotel rooms we're renting out.

Sunday ... departures and sad good-byes.

If you are a local and plan on stopping by at any time please note there is a $25 "attendee" fee per person (one fee for the whole weekend) to help cover the party room and the extra hotel rooms. Hotel information will be released via PM only to those that have paid the fee. (Sorry folks, safety first!)

Last minute attendees are more than welcome! (It's sometimes hard to know your schedule ahead of time and we understand. )

So get your party shoes on! It's almost time to have fun!
