I think probably anything over DD probably? I wouldn't complain about bigger boobs being braless, but if they are that big they are probably bouncing around to a degree that it looks like she's advertising herself more than just looking great.

Im about 5'8 125 32C-30-30 measurements. I push envelope sometimes but other than sundres times i usually wear bra

C is probably the perfect size to go bra less! Big enough to notice you're bra less. Not so big that they are flopping everywhere, lol
