Guilty in court is still a legitimate verdict outcome. It is not considered okay to say, 'Oh, I was convicted in a civil court, not a criminal court, so I'm less guilty, and therefore, it's okay.'

Whether the trial is for a civil sexual assault or in a criminal case of sexual assault, a ruling of guilty stands regardless of the 'standard of evidence.'
