Yeah, it is time to admit failure. You know, I would have expected Iraq to have had elections by now, to have a government in place, to have a judicial system, to have schools open, to have an army and to have oil revenues coming in to run this fantasy government that Bush told us about...

I would too have expected that 15 of 18 Iraqi provinces at the very least would be peaceful with an improving economy and a stock market in which to invest, but what I was thinking?

Everything outside of the Green Zone is simply out of Dante's Inferno...
