Hi, I’m a 22-year-old from France.I write erotic stories, often using characters inspired by my real life. However, I find that approach a bit limiting at times. I love the spontaneity and realism that comes with having two minds working on the same story. That's why I’m actively looking for someone to team up with and co-write my stories.

Your role can completely depend on your preferences and availability:

• Playing a character to bring in some unpredictability.
• Pitching new ideas for the plot.
• Writing paragraphs, specific story segments, or even full stories.
• Proofreading or helping me refine my drafting.
• Brainstorming brand-new storylines.

Don't worry about the language barrier, I will handle all the translations myself.

Hello and welcome!

It's probably worth saying that most people here in the Authors Hangout make a distinction between roleplay and co-writing, as the first tends to be more interested in sexual gratification and the second tends to be more strictly a platonic creative endeavor... Though there might be some fuzzy overlap for some people!

Emily's link to the roleplay forum might be a good place for you to start, if roleplaying is the goal.

If your goal is to publish erotica on the story side of Lit, you're going to have more success if you publish some of your own work first, before looking for a writing partner. Most collaborations here start from a place of mutual writing respect, which means you need to be a known quantity and contributor first.

And as a side note, just be careful about translations. If you use any AI translation tools they risk being rejected by Literotica, which has a strict no-AI-in-writing policy! Human translation is the way to go, laborious though it may be

Co-writing and roleplay​

I’ll echo what @PennyThompson asks about your objective, as co-authoring (something Penny and I have done) is one thing and roleplaying (which Penny has instructed me to say - refers to notes - we have never done and in any case you can’t prove anything) is quite another.

I know it might seem as if we have a stick up our asses here on AH, but most of us are focused on honing our writing skills. If scripting role plays is your thing, then that’s not really the audience here.

Also - having taken a look at your three stories here - I’d tentatively venture to suggest that maybe you work on improving your writing before complicating things by balancing two egos (or maybe just one in mine and Penny’s case).

FWIW, I’ve also co-authored with a man here. That is something not to be entered into lightly if you aren’t romantically or sexual involved. And I’ve been heavily involved in the devlopment of stories by both men and women.

But - as Penny states - this has always been based on mutual admiration of work and mutual respect. It’s hard to attract co-writers when you are not a known quantity.

This forum is wide open and freewheeling.
There are threads on music, birdwatching, jokes, meme, AI, anything EXCEPT AI, and on and on. Probably one post in 20 has anything to do with writing.

Collaboration isn't some really difficult thing requiring perfectly aligned people.
A good example of some extremely successful co-writing is Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle.
They would write sections based on their strengths, then exchange them and have the other rewrite it.
It wouldn't be difficult at all to turn a good RP into a story with that technique.
As long as you aren't some self-important fop, it's not that big a deal. I've collaborated with several other authors, it's more time consuming than writing by yourself, but it also holds you more accountable.

This is a writing technique I have not attempted, but there are people that turn their friend groups epic D&D campaign into a fantasy novels.

It would be cool if there was a "Dungeon & Sex" game with a dungeon master narrating the campaign as characters make their way through a bunch of wild sexual encounters, there would be crazy untold stories to be found.

Classes like nympho, dominatrix, switch, vanilla, alpha, beta, brat.

Stats like intelligence, charisma, dick/boob/butt size, strength, agility, stamina.

IDK. I could try to flesh this whole game out right here right now, but no.

The point is, role playing is probably a legit way to create interesting sex scenes.

I second this. It was a surprisingly well done supplement. Also there are entire games built around it such as Macho Women With Guns; a delightful parody system that still plays pretty well.

There was (is?) a D&D podcast hosted by adult film stars; I believe it was them RPing the adventures and recording them.
