Those marshmallow "shot glasses" look a bit messy. But certainly creative.

But I'd love a glass of Bailey's (or try it with Godiva's chocolate liquor!).

I was thinking a creme brulee torch would be ideal. But you could even put them in a toaster oven. toast a little, rotate them and toast a little more right on the rack . . . . it couldn't be too hard to do.

Need a controlled and directed flame I think to keep the marshmallow from collapsing
