College Daze (Open to all)

Jared walks onto the campus a little unsure of himself. This was his first year at college and he did not know where to even begin. His stomach growling reminded him that he had not eaten in some time. He pulled out a small paper and starts to look it over. "Cafeteria ... cafeteria..." hits a spot on the paper. "There you are you little bugger." his stomach growled louder as he starts to walk towards the cafeteria. He was from a well off family so he had no problem buying his own food but remembering to eat was sometimes a problem. It seemed there was always a party somewhere and he was usually at it. If alcohol and drugs counted as a food group he was well covered. He slowly walks into the cafeteria inhaling the smells. his stomach growls even louder.

I stood in line, waiting for my food. My long legs were getting tired. I had been here for twenty minutes. I saw Jared and smiled. He must be a first year.

Al stood in line behind the girl with the nice, long legs. He had had his eye on her all last year, but new years always led to new possibilities.

He tapped her on the shoulder and smiled.

"Can I... buy you lunch?"

"Oh, umm..." she paused as she looked him over, "Sure," she smiled warmly to him. "Oh, and thanks.... Whats your name?"

Jared sees the two talking and smiles softly. He had been trying to find a hook up since he first started going here but it seemed he always was left flat maybe someday he would find someone although the girl was mighty sexy

 

[Solaria]

A young woman stood near the door, holding a book in one hand a tray in the other. Her eyes seemed dark and wild as her dark hair fell in ringlets down her back. She wore a light pink tank top and a white tennis skirt and tennis shoes. "Where to sit...." There seemed many spot open but she couldnt make sure how they would react to her sitting at any of the spots. She shrugged and caught Jared's eye. She smiled a little before turning around and walking outside to eat.

Jared spots the woman and quickly gets some food and follows her outside hoping she would allow him to sit next to her. She seems nice enough and she had smiled at him maybe he would be able to ask her out though part of him doubted it

She sat at a bench and watched him walk up. She said nothing till she knew what he wanted.

smiles politely to her "hello there Miss my name is Jared May I sit here with you ?"

"It is a free country after all, so yes you may." She took a bite of her sandwich and opened up her bottle of water.

smiles and offers her his hand "Name's Jared pretty new here. Looking for some friends"

She looks up, her eyes sparkleing as she takes his hand. "Angel. Pleasure to meet you."

"Believe me Angel the pleasure is all mine. Mind if I sit with you and chat you up ?"

 

[Solaria]

"You may sit with me. Tis a free country after all."

smiles and takes the seat next to her I have never seen you around here. Where you from ?

 

[Solaria]

"The small village 5 miles south of here." She took a bite of her food.

nods softly "I am from out of town so to speak. Just got here been kinda lonely all by myself"
