LOL.....yeah those ironman competitions are not exactly what i would call fun. It's a pain in the ass to drive 180km and these idiots cycle it after swimming 5km and then after cycling they still have to run 42km.....nope these guys & girls are not mad....they are totally insane.
Yup the cricketers did very well in that last one day international. The only problem is that they then proceeded to make a cock up of the first test.

had to drop by and tell you what a great weekend i had at the rugby - hope you got to see the match ! it was one of the most intense, dramatic games i was ever at and the final few minutes were unbelievable - thought i would never come down from the high i was on - it was better than sex (although hmmm maybe not with the right gal

That made some very emotional thoughts come back....(SA winning the World Cup '95)I can easily understand what you were going through - I used to go saturdays to the big games - you stand there, amongst all of the other thousands, winning an 'away-game' - the rush, the tears, the glow - what an amazing experience!
