OK. I know that there is a chance for me to get an infection if I do not use a condom for anal. But the wife wants to feel the squirt inside and the condom robs her is that feeling she thinks.
If I go pee afterwards what are my chances of infection? Just looking for some real info from experience or other tips.

I'm not a doctor, so my advice isn't medically sound... but I can speak from personal experience. My fiance and I occasionally engage in anal sex, and we don't use a condom. We've never had a problem with any sort of infection. He always makes sure to pee afterwards (since urine is sterile, it cleans out his urinary tract) and washes himself well. I also generally shower afterwards. If you're extra nervous, have your wife do an enema prior to having sex - it'll make things even cleaner back there.

Lynxie gave you some good advice, sounds like. I would only add, that to prevent infection for your wife, do NOT ever go from anus to vagina without washing. Bet you knew that already...

And I know you didn't ask this, but I feel compelled to comment ....anal sex is high risk behaviour for contracting AIDS. According to Dr. Sue Johansson you should always wear a condom when having anal sex.

We have been together for many years and have only been with each other. Safe there.
Thanks for the advice.

Have her do two, or involve them in the anal preplay with yourself if she is not embaraced by them.

Or go the whole hog and go for a deep colonic instead of a simple enema.

I have never yet had an infection from anal, and my wife has often enjoyed it, though she is a little embaraced by the enema's. Previous girlfriends had no trouble either way, and from an infectious point of view, the human ass is less nasty than the human mouth, most of the time.

So if you were happy to kiss her and use your tongue for a little french kissing, you should be as ok having anal sex with her without a condom.

As the Doctor used to say, "When in doubt...Wash it out!"

And normal sex is just as high risk in the long term, Grayin was mentioning his wife so if she had aids most likely he would have contracted it LONG before.

The other consideration is that you cannot have anal sex without a condom and then have vaginal sex without some pretty serious infections for her.

Antibacterial soap works wonderfully, though to prevent stuff.
