Well self doubt is a biggie for me. Especially because I work in a biz that ultimately is very male centric focused. But also definitely a desire to connect with other people and see them happy. Telling someone they suck, even when they do, is never fun or easy. At least for me anyways. Unless I'm really pissed. Then, okay, I guess watch out lol
