Actually you can't post masturbation shots...don't mean to get you in trouble (though you won't get thrown in jail for it. ) It was more of a wishful thought than anything else

Though, not to quibble on a legal point... you can have and disseminate "offensive pictures" and still be within the parameters of 18 U.S.C. Section 2256-57. Literotica on their FAQ and other legal errata claim an exemption to 2257 and in part to avoid liability for anything that might appear on the site have banned the "offensive pictures" in order to ensure compliance with the exemption to 18 U.S.C. If you look at Chapter 110 from which subsections 2256, 2257, 2258 are derived; the chapter title is: CHAPTER 110—SEXUAL EXPLOITATION AND OTHER ABUSE OF CHILDREN.http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode18/usc_sup_01_18_10_I_20_110.html). Section 2256 are the definitions of the chapter from which the interpretation is derived from. The oft-cited Section 2257 are the record reporting requirements. What subsection is saying is unlawful is if basically speaking, bad records are kept. Given the volume that Literotica deals with, they open themselves up to serious litigation if underage photos are present...specifically those in sexually explicit positions, and to offset their liability have banned sexually explicit pictures in order to qualify for their aforementioned exception to 2257.

Anyways...that was probably more than you wanted to know.
