Converting Real Player Formats to MP3

Hi gang,

I am new to the MP3 world and I have a couple of files that I can not figure out how to switch to MP3. My MP3 player will not take the Real Player format.

Can someone explain how I can do this? Do I need some software?

you need rawavrecorder.

rawavrecorder is a small program that captures streaming Realplayer audio as a WAV file. Once you've got the WAV file, there are dozens of programs that can convert it to MP3 format.

I was just going to refer you to the original thread where someone else recommended the program, but the search function wasn't cooperating.
