Been looking cuz I was curious. I've yet to find anyone that wasn't selling it that say it's a good thing or that it works other than for losing some water weight.

She asked me to ask if there was any ratio that folks are aware of ? So if she is 36 bust and 38 hip is there a waist that she can target that is not , as dolf conjectured would be a "a health harming deformation", but that is safely attainable?

I'm guessing this is either body dysmorphia or some type of bondage play? Either way it works but crushes or displaces major organs and is not really healthy. But if that's her thing you tighten it a little at a time over several months, if she's really serious about it removing bottom ribs makes it even more effective. It kind of disfigures you and doesn't look so great when the corset is off. If it's not masochism but is body dysmorphia then she needs to feel beautiful about her waist and overall figure. Exercise works too but doesn't have such disfiguring results. At 36" bust and 38" hips she looked smoking hot with a waist of 32" -30".

Methinks a girl could make a good living in the service industry with face sitting gigs. Face sitting with a corset would, of course, cost extra.
