What is it about white woke liberal women? Budweiser. Jaguar. And now CRacker Barrel. They just love offending theior existing customer base and then marketing to a demographic which literally has no interest in them whatsoever. Star TRek and Marvel for that matter. It's like they're this weird Jim Jones-like Targeted Brand annihilation Cult that has this irrisistible urge to destroy. And what the heck are they doing a promotion in NYC for? i think the closest cracker barrel is 50 miles away - almost in to PA. It's like they have no clue who their customers are.

THe makeover is pretty much 100% - nothing unique about it anymore - just one more soulless chain - the Jaguar rebrand adapted to the restaurant business. It would be hard to have less understanding of your brand and your customers. They’re toast.

Thinking about it, they wouldn’t have tried this rebrand in the first place if they weren’t already completely out of touch with their customer base, and now they’ve made it worse by insulting that base. Haven’t people in New York figured out yet that tying a product to homosexuality or transvestism is going to badly damage its sales in other parts of the US? You have to wonder if the people running the Cracker Barrel redesign have ever eaten at Cracker Barrel before. Eother that or they want to tank the stock and for a private equity takeover play. This is cringe marketing from 2023 and AWFUL (Affluent white female urban liberal) marketing consultants from NYC who literally have not a single clue who Cracker Barrels market is. This is going to be fun.

I do feel sorry for their emplyees tho - the smart ones will start looking now.

If you want to design logos or decide how companies can not go bankrupt.....the become a marketer or CEO

One way or the other I shall be entertained.

I'm a vocal minority LOL.

And I've only been to Cracker Barrel once and I'm not gay, so obviously 'm not exactly their target market. LOL.
