Jessica Martin
Age: 31

***
Jessica was a damn good lawyer. She had only lost 2 cases out of over 200 she had taken on since she started at Devins, Larson and Bridges lawfirm some years back. Recently she had had the pleasure of helping to convict a Thomas Snyder of attempted kidnapping and sexual assault on a friend of hers. Even though a grand jury found him not guilty the matter went over to a civil suit by the victim and Jessica had won it. Causing Mr. Snyder to pay out over $3 million in damages on her client's behalf.

No one really knew if Thomas could pay this since most of his assets were tied up with his wife but Jessica wanted to make a point. If you screw with her friends, you screw with her.

Little did she know that Thomas had targeted her as his next victim.

*******
2 weeks after the trial, Jessica was driving home from work, another long day put in. She hadn't noticed someone was following her. In fact for the past week, someone was spying on her in her home. Now, tonight, he was going to make his move and make Jessica pay for all the pain and suffering she put him through with the public, his job and especially his marriage.

Criminal Charges

Thomas Snyder sat in his car and watched Jessica drive into her complex.

Fucking bitch, he thought. His life was ruined. It wasn't just the money, it was everything. His business, his friends, his family, his wife. Someone had to pay and it would be the lawyer bitch.

Jessica's tail lights disappeared down the ramp. He would wait. Let her get comfortable. She'd be totally unaware of what was about to happen to her and that's the way he wanted it. It would be a bigger surprise. It would be scarier. It would hurt more.

How could he have got involved in this situation? He rued the day he'd met Jessica's friend.

The slut.

That's what he called her now. She'd milked him for everything. He thought she was special. When he wouldn't leave his wife for her, then it all fell apart. Sexual assault? She hadn't minded fucking and sucking when she thought she'd had a chance at prising him from his family. When he said no....

Well, that's when it fucked up. Always does with money hungry gold-digging sluts. He'd been able to pay the previous ones off, but this slut wanted revenge. She also had her fucking bitch lawyer friend - Jessica the bitch.

They'd played him like a fiddle. How could a punch in the face be sexual assault? The slut had loved it when he'd fucked her up the arse. But she couldn't say that in court, could she? No fucking way when there was so much money up for grabs.

So in court she and her lawyer friend had stuck it to him. Of course she was forced to be tied up. Of course she was forced to submit to being fucked up the arse. Of course she hated being cuffed and facialised....

Fuck, in the end, even he would have ruled in favour of the slut and the bitch. Their faces in court on hearing the jury's decision had almost seen him jump over his attorney's desk and try to kill them with his bare hands. The smirk on the bitch lawyer's face had been too much.

But now he was here, outside her apartment. He couldn't go home - his family wouldn't have him. None of his friends would have him either. Great fucking friends they were. It's not like they all didn't get up to some nasty shit.

He sat back with his head on the headrest and recalled the bitch's smirk in the courtroom. All your bullshit arguments and technicalities won't help you now, he thought.

He'd wipe that smirk off her face. He'd do things to her she couldn't imagine.

He would wait for another ten minutes. The anticipation of what he had planned had given him an erection and he felt the bulge pushing against his pants. Not now. He could wait. There was plenty of time.

He pushed the window button to open it. The night was still and the sky was clear. The moon shone so brightly that it lit up the sky and streets in an eerie half-day, half-night. Perfect. He took a pack of cigarettes out of his shirt pocket and lit one. He inhaled deeply and blew the smoke out out the window in a thick stream.

Fucking bitch. Just you wait you fucking bitch....

With a glass of red wine, the finest money could buy, Jennfer had arrived home and was already for a comfortable evening alone. Well, let's face it, all evenings were alone but after a day like today, she just wanted to take it easy, she wasn't even going to go over any of her work she had brought home.

On the drive home, she had ordered chinese food to be delivered to her place. She never was much of a cook and most of her meals were either take out or delivery.

The food she ordered earlier should be arriving soon, so she flipped on the TV, didn't bother turning it up. Instead she turned on the stereo, which started a soothing melody of classical music.

Criminal Charges

Snyder looked at his watch. Nearly ten. It was time to get things moving.

He threw the dead cigarette butt out of his window and onto the street. Even now, with his life destroyed, he could see some humour in things. He’d just been hit up for three million dollars and his reputation had been dragged through the mud, so a littering fine wasn’t going to bother him too much.

“Get it from my bitch wife,” he muttered to himself as if speaking to an imaginary cop.

He popped the boot of the car and stepped out into the night. He took a quick look around as he walked behind the car. It was quiet and the street was empty. For all he was, he had never planned something like this, let alone executed it. He was nervous.

Excited nervous.

He regretted bringing the Audi now. It stood out too much. Maybe something more nondescript would have been more appropriate. Shit, he had a warehouse full of cars. Not for much longer though. The thought made him angry again.

Thanks, bitch.

He lifted the boot lid and took out a dark sports bag. It was heavy. He didn’t know what he’d need, so he’d brought it all. He smiled as he remembered what he’d put in there.

Sex and pain with the lot, he thought to himself and smiled again. She wouldn’t have to ask for an upsize – everything in the bag was upsize.

He couldn’t help but think about payback. This debt was going to be repaid with interest. If his plans came to fruition, then it would be a long payment plan. Fucking long. And painful. He might even end up having some fun. Not that he wanted fun. He wanted pain.

Her pain.

Again, he was getting hard thinking about it. His cock was so hard he was tempted to… No! How could he even get hard when he still had so much to do? Focus the mind, he thought, and the cock would take care of itself later. Or more to the point, the bitch would take care of his cock. He tried to stop thinking about his erection. It was hard. Fuck, this is serious, he thought, stop punning and kidding around. Don’t be overconfident or you’ll stuff this up. Plenty of time to worry about relief later.

He smiled.

Later.

Snyder dropped the boot lid and locked the car. He had another quick glance up and down the street and made his way towards Jessica’s building.

No, not Jessica. The bitch.

If this was going to work, he couldn’t think of her as a person once it started to go down. It wouldn’t work if it was personal.

He smiled again.

Nothing personal.

Bitch.

He stood at the entrance to her building. Nice place. Sort of place rich lawyer bitches that screwed hard-working men out of their money would live. No doorman after ten though. Too nice a suburb. He knew that. He’d been here before. A lot.

He knew her apartment. Number eight. He also knew number twelve was across from hers.

Fuckwits. He’d been following her for weeks and they didn’t even know. He’d been in the building before and he even knew who lived in number twelve: Mrs. Watts. She’d been labouring in front of the building a few days ago with her shopping. She looked like she was sixty or at least close to it.

“Need a hand?” he’d said.

“Thank you, sir,” had said Mrs. Watts.

They got talking on the way to the lift. He wondered: Did she know Jessica? Why yes, of course she did and his heart had jumped.

If that wasn’t lucky enough, then she also lived across the hall from Jessica. She was a nice girl. A lawyer. Smart and beautiful. He was nodding at Mrs. Watts all the time, but he wasn’t listening. He wanted to know where she lived. Figure out how to get in there.

And hurt her.

Mrs. Watts kept talking. Jessica had helped her often. Most young people were rude and only cared about themselves. She was nice. Snyder just kept on nodding with a smile on his face as they walked to her door.

When they’d gotten to apartment twelve, Mrs. Watts had pointed straight across the hall to number eight.

“That’s where Jessica lives,” she’d said, “but then you know that already being a friend of her’s, don’t you?”

He’d nodded. He was actually a client, he’d told her, but he knew she was a lovely young girl. He’d nearly vomited at saying that bit, but he thought he should say something positive besides just nodding.

Fuck. Mrs. Watts could talk. He’d nodded so much his neck was hurting. But she’d given him Jessica’s apartment number and that was worth all the nodding in the world.

Hey, remember, no names, the bitch’s apartment number.

As he’d finally turned to go (thank God), Mrs. Watts had said that he was lucky to have her as his lawyer.

“Yes,” he’d said as he kept walking away. “I’m lucky.”

Fucking lucky alright, he’d thought to himself in the lift. Thank you very much indeed Mrs. Watts.

Now, standing at the entrance to the building, he knew it was time to begin riding his luck and realise the fruits of his research and hard work.

His luck was Jessica’s misfortune.

He stopped his thoughts and whacked himself lightly on the side of the head. Stop using her fucking name!

Bitch.

That was better.

Bitch.

Bitch.

Bitch.

Looking at the clock, it was nearly ten. Jessica was deciding whether or not to head to bed now so she could get up early and head to the office.

Or she could stay up a little bit more, there was a movie coming on at ten that she had wanted to see for a long time. And since her life was so busy that Jessica hardly had time for herself.

No entertainment. No movies.

No dates.

Oh well, it was a sacrifice but just because it had been more than 2 years since she had been with a man didn't really mean anything...did it?

Of course not! She was a career woman. She was successful and that's what she loved.

"You are so pathetic..." she muttered as she walked to her bedroom.

The movie could wait. She wasn't in the mood anymore.

It was time.

Now he had to get in and get on with it. Good old Mrs. Watts, he thought, she’d keyed her security code in when he’d helped her with her groceries.

6969.

How appropriate.

He smirked. When they looked through the data records later of who’d entered the building at around this time, it would be good old Mrs. Watts. He made a mental note to himself that when this was all over, or rather, when the bitch was all over, he’d send Mrs. Watts some flowers.

How nice.

He wasn’t a bad guy. Just misunderstood.

Snyder keyed in the security code. He put the hood on his jacket over his head and walked through the door. The CCTV cameras were there. He knew that. But the hood would render them useless. He stooped down a little as his six foot two frame might give him away.

Who was he kidding?

They would know it was him.

But they wouldn’t be able to prove it.

Ever.

Objection, your honour.

Object that.

Bitch.

Number eight was on the second floor. He punched the illuminated button and took the short ride up. No point risking the stairs. More CCTV. At least in the elevator he could keep his head down easily.

He was sweating. The bag was fucking heavy.

The bag.

Even he shuddered when he thought about what was in it.

Shit, what was I thinking.

Did I really need that?

The doors opened and he walked out into the corridor. She would probably be asleep. He knew no one was in there with her.

Frigid bitch.

He set the bag down quietly outside her door, opened it and took out a small drill. He already had a diamond drill bit keyed in. What most people didn’t know was that running a drill straight through the keyhole wouldn’t do you any good. You have to aim for the tumblers. Easy enough to find.

If you know what you’re doing.

Snyder knew.

He knew a lot of things that a stockbroker shouldn’t know.

A lot.

The battery driven drill made hardly any noise at all. It made a low whirring sound as he pressed the bit to the interface of the lock and the body.

In she goes, he thought.

After a few seconds, it was over.

He knew it would be.

He’d practised.

A lot.

He left the door as it was and placed the drill back in the bag.

So far, so good.

Then he rummaged in the bag for a few seconds and found a bottle and a rag. It was a towel from first class flights.

He wouldn’t be having one of those again anytime soon.

Bitch.

He opened the bottle, put the rag over it and tipped the bottle, careful not to get any on himself or sniff it unnecessarily.

Chloroform.

He was becoming an expert in all things criminal.

See what you’ve made me do, bitch.

He zipped the bag up and hoisted it on his shoulder. Then he turned the door knob. Good, she’d only had the dead lock engaged. Not that it would’ve saved her anyway, but it would have bought her a couple of minutes.

He pushed the door open slowly. He could hear water running. It’s now or never. He’d never liked Elvis, but it was the first thing that popped in to his head.

You’ve got to be kidding, he thought. You’re doing this and you think of Elvis?

He dropped the bag, but kept the rag in his hand and walked towards the sound of running water. He walked through her bedroom and across to the door on the other side where the ensuite bathroom was.

She was at the sink. She was opposite a mirror, but her long dark hair obscured her face from him.

He hoped it did the same for her looking back in his direction.

He strode up behind her.

“All rise. The court is in session,” he said.

He clamped the rag over her nose and mouth and pressed tightly. He had a massive erection and he made sure to press it against her back. Soon there would be no need to show control.

At all.

“The judge is here,” he said.

“Bitch.”

To say she was caught totally off guard was an understatement, Jessica was ambushed!

She had thought she heard something but had dismissed it as nothing. She was in the middle of getting ready for bed when she felt like she was being watched...

There were only 2 things she could recall...

The rag with a nasty smelling chemical and the words "The judge is here."

In the bathroom mirror, Jessica's eyes went wide as she saw the reflection of Thomas Snyder...

Then everything went dark as the chemical took over her senses, knocking her out....

Shit. That was easy. Almost too easy.

Snyder had done so much work on the preparation and planning, that he’d not spent much time on contemplating the ultimate execution of his efforts.

Now he held Jessica’s limp figure in his arms.

The bitch.

He was nervous, but the power he felt made him feel energised. She was helpless and at his mercy and it was the most erotic feeling he’d had in years. He hadn’t realised this about himself. He didn’t even fully know what he was going to do with her yet…

He felt like an animal. His erection felt like a rod of iron in his pants. She was helpless. He could take her over to the bed and…..

No!

He had to get her out of here. That was the plan. Then, and only then, could the games begin. It was regrettable, but all would be lost if he risked getting caught over a few minutes of perverse pleasure.

Plus, like this, she wouldn't even know what was going on.

She had to know.

He moved her into the bedroom and laid her on the bed on her stomach. She was breathing heavily, totally unconscious. He didn’t know how long the chloroform would last, so he had to be quick.

Big bed for a frigid bitch, he thought as he laid her out straight. He went back to the inside of the front door and collected his bag.

He opened the bag and took out two sets of handcuffs. Shiny new ones.

Snyder pulled her wrists behind her back and locked on the handcuffs. Then he placed her ankles together and did the same with the other set. Lucky her ankles were small. He hadn't really thought of that.

Click.

Good.

He took some gaffer tape from the bag and cut off about two feet. He then wrapped the tape around her head and over her mouth. He paused for a few moments and smiled.

That will fucking hurt when it comes off.

Bitch.

He looked at her to admire his handy work, but there was no time to lose. He needed to get to the house before dawn and it was a good six hour drive from here if everything went to plan.

He placed a pillowcase over her head and made sure to cut some rough holes in the area around her nose. Wouldn’t want her hurting herself, or worse, that would spoil the fun. He smiled again.

He slashed two holes on either side of the bottom of the pillowcase. Then he took some panty hose that was conveniently on the floor and threaded it through the holes. He drew the hose tight, but not too tight. Don’t want to hurt her.

Yet.

He put everything back in his bag and zipped it up. He hadn’t touched anything so there was no need to clean up.

She would be easy to carry. She was small and he was always in shape.

He flipped the hood of his jacket back over his head. He picked up the bag and slung it over his shoulder. Then he scooped her up and threw her over his shoulder.

Just like that, he thought.

Like shopping.

Except in this case, it was her who was going to pay, not him.

Bitch.

He looked around quickly to make sure he’d hadn’t forgotten anything and then made his way to the door.

He went to the stairwell. It was too risky to use the lift.

He imagined the conversation.

“Oh, she just handcuffed and gagged herself and now we’re going out.”

He didn’t need that.

The door at the bottom came out at the lobby, adjacent to the elevator. He had a quick glance through the exit doors, saw nothing and made his way into the night towards his car.

At the car, he popped the boot, and then dropped her in gently.

Too gently.

He shook the thought from his head. He covered her in blankets. He wanted to make sure the ride was cushioned. He smiled.

Don’t want bruised fruit.

He pushed the lid down. He didn’t know how long she’d be out for, but at least now she was bound and gagged so she wouldn’t be much of a problem.

He got into the car and threw the bag into the footwell on the passenger side.

He started the car. He needed to flick the wipers as there had been a little drizzle since he’d gone in to the building.

He thought of a Stan Ridgeway song.

Just drive, she said.

The bitch wouldn’t be having much to say for a while.

He smiled.

Fuck this was going to be good.

He almost felt sorry for her.

Almost.

The sound of the trunk door slamming closed echoed in Jessica's head. The gentle sway the car was doing, rocking her, mixed with the after taste of the chemical in her system made Jessica's stomach twist...

What the hell?!

She opened her eyes, only to be met by darkness...she was going to say something but her mouth...she couldn't open her mouth...

It was then she realized that her head was covered and something was preventing her mouth from opening!!!

Jess tried to move but something cut into her wrists...

The man!

"The judge is here."

Oh God...someone had broken in her place!! Jess saw his face...but she didn't recognized it immediately... who the fuck would do such a thing?!

Her mind raced with possible enemies and well, there were A LOT...

Who the hell was this man and where was he taking her...?

Nearly there.....

Snyder was tired. He’d been driving all night and he still had a half hour to go.

The reflectors on the road kept flying by. Every single one got him closer to his destination. He had left Boston far behind hours ago. He’d only stopped to fill up once and buy something to eat. The Audi was frugal on fuel.

Revenge may be best served cold, he thought, but let’s keep it carbon neutral.

He smirked as he always did at his own humour.

Funny bastard.

Now he didn’t have much to laugh about thanks to the lawyer in his boot.

The bitch.

They’d never find him where they were going. It was twenty miles from the closest town and even that was only a small fishing village. The closest house was at least ten miles. The crashing waves would drown out any sound from inside, even if you were walking on the beach. And no one would be walking on the beach anyway. It would give them plenty of privacy.

Privacy.

Yell and scream all you want.

No one will hear you.

Ever.

Bitch
.

He’d been to the house last week and set it up.

There was a “courtroom”. Like any good courthouse, there was also a cell.

A cell.

He smiled at that.

He saw a sign. 5 miles to go. Maybe 10 minutes.

Good, not long now.

There was no turning back. Snyder’s life was going to change.

Big time.

He was placing himself in the realms of crime. He’d never been there before.

Breaking the law.

He’d been close, but never crossed the line.

See what you’ve made me do.

Bitch
.

Waking up after being able to sleep, despite her circumstances, Jess felt the car slow down before eventually stopping.

It seemed like forever before she heard the sound of the trunk pop and a cold breeze wash over her body. She felt someone's hands under both her neck and the back of her legs...

She took that chance to fight, her body stiffening up and then trying to thrash herself around..anything to get of this mess...

Seaside vacation

At last.

Snyder stopped the car in the gravel driveway outside the house. There was a cold breeze coming off the ocean and the sky was a dull metallic grey. It looked like rain.

He smiled. No matter. They wouldn’t be going for a picnic today.

He sat in the car contemplating what he was about to do. He was about to get into some deep shit and up the ante.

Breaking and entering. Drugging. Kidnapping. Restraint. Imprisonment.

It was about to get worse.

Much worse.

All of it was adding up. In his mind, Julie Andrews spun around and around: These are a few of my favourite things….

Maybe he could write a song, The Felonious Stockbroker, about some of his favourite things.

Sucking and fucking and whack with a chain,
Causing your partner immeasurable pain,
Playing with implements that definitely sting,
These are a few of my favourite things….

Fuck, Snyder. Stop it, will you. This is serious shit here. Plus, “felonious” was too close to “fellatio” and that wasn’t exactly going to help the erection in his pants. It had been there for hours as he drove. It had taken all of his will power not to attend to it, but he’d managed. Well travelled cock. Bill Bryson would make something of that….

Cut it out already and get her the fuck inside.

He tapped his fingers one last time on the steering wheel and got out of the car. He jumped up on the house’s porch first and unlocked the front door.

The house was just as he’d left it: there was a large desk in the living room and two smaller desks in front of it. There was a judge’s coat hanging on the chair behind the large desk. Each desk had a pen and pad of paper on it.

He nodded to himself. He’d probably put her in the bedroom first. The girl had been quiet so maybe she was still out from the chloroform.

Not girl.

Bitch.

He had set up a small bedroom as a “holding cell”. He had restraints set up on the bed as well as various points around the room. Even though they were miles from any sort of civilisation, there was no point letting her feel comfortable. He wanted her to be scared. He wanted her to feel fear. He wanted her….

….to suffer.

A lot.

She would need to rest. There was a lot to do.

For her.

To her.

He smiled.

Plenty of rest.

Once he’d made sure everything was in order he went back out to the car. He popped the boot using the remote and lifted the lid.

Snyder bent over and tried to pick her up by cradling her in his arms.

She was awake!

She started bucking and lengthening her body to try and stay in the boot. She was restrained well and no match for him and her resistance only made him feel more in control.

And harder.

But that was for later….

Now, he had to get her out of the boot. He gave her a light slap across her covered face with the back of his hand.

“Stay still and do what I tell you. You don’t want to be in contempt of court before you even start.”

He gave her a harder slap and then picked her up. It felt good.

Take it easy, he thought, those are love taps compared to what’s coming. Save it.

For the Bitch.

Jess realized that it was doing her no good to fight whomever had a hold of her so she just relaxed somewhat. The slap he had given her surprised her and shut up her muffled cries.

Who the hell was doing this? She didn't recognize the voice...

Although being in the profession she was in, she was going to make plenty of enemies but so far none have acted on their threats. She racked her brain as she went over the last few cases she had had.

It was no use, there were just too many to remember and the same went for her prior cases...

Before she could think any further, she was dropped and just when she thought she was going to fall onto something hard, she landed on what she guessed to be a bed...

The damn cuffs on her wrists and ankles were digging into her skin and just the fact that she had been bounded up for a long time, made her entire body ache.

Snyder dropped Jessica on the bed. A couple of slaps had knocked the resistance out of her and she lay still on the bed. She couldn’t see him and for the moment he thought he might leave it that way. Her fear would be magnified by the darkness.

Helpless.

Fear.

He wanted her to feel that.

More than that.

He wanted her to feel doomed. That’s what she’d done to him.

Bitch.

No wife. No career. No status. He was a freak now that all those hypocrite “friends” of his had abandoned. Luckily, he had an account, a secret account, and he had plenty of money to tide him over. They’d find it eventually, of course, because he wasn’t going to pay the three million awarded against him. Then they’d be all over him like a bad rash. But till then, he was going to have some fun.

For him.

Not her.

Definitely not for her.

He wanted to hear her speak. See what she had to say for herself. She had come across as confident and superior in court, but this was a different field.

You’re in my playground now.

He wanted her to whimper. To plead.

To beg.

Bitch.

He reached under the bag covering her head and fumbled with the tape covering her mouth.

“Lie still,” he said. “If you do what I say, you should be alright. This'll hurt only a little bit.”

He ripped it off.

Yeah, right.

“You should save your energy. We have a lot of work to do.”

If pain was work, then she was going to be busy.

He removed the loose tape, but left the bag on her head. He stepped back from the bed.

“If you behave yourself, I’ll leave it off. If you start carrying on then I’ll put it on again. Tighter. Understand?”

Bitch.
