Well, Sal, I think I'd get more pleasure than you. ("Shame", I hear you shout). But in the old west, alcohol was an anaesthetic, so there would be a numbing all round your nipple. You probably wouldn't feel a thing. But I would have the benefit and pleasure of sucking and kissing your nipple while having the taste of a good drink at the same time.

But perhaps we could try it with one nipple wet and the other dry, to see if I'm right?
