I wouldn't go for the vanilla yogurt, I'd go for a plain, unsweetened, natural variety. You want as few ingredients as possible, and plain yogurt shouldn't cause problems vaginally either if you decide to use it for that. Erika's idea of plain, unsweetened yogurt is probably the safest one mentioned so far. You want to stay away from any products containing sugar, as it would be a feeding ground for yeasts and bacterias. I know for a fact that plain yogurt is safe for vaginas (I know a doctor that recommends douching with it to clear up yeast infections), so I'd be willing to bet that it's not too terrible for an anus... better than sugars, at any rate.

I've made a concoction before that looks nearly identical to cum. I poured a couple of spoonfuls of Benefiber(it's a fiber supplement that is available in any supermarket) into a cup and added water drop by drop until the consistency looked right. Corn starch and other stuff

The corn starch receipe that is in the HOW TO section of the stories works well - corn starch, water, egg white and a little plain yogurt. However corn strach is very drying and is tough on "sensitive female tissues". Not sure about male rear ends. We have also tried using about half a tube of cheap generic KY lube with just a dab of plain yogurt with water added a few drops at a time until desired consistency is obtained.
