Lit's network will not let you add an avatar (AV) until you have at least 100 posts... you only have two right now. Only 98 more to go and then it must be less than 15kBytes and no larger than 150 x 150 pixels in size.
Otherwise the pic you posted is fine... and can be up to 600 x 600 pixels as long as it's under 100 kB... and you can post 5 pics in the same single posting.
You have your PM'ng turned off so that no one can email or PM you... if you didn't already know that.
And finally... I loved the pic... yummm...
