I have been with men that have had both. In the case of my preference I do like seeing a man's cock head so I guess I'd be on the cut side but I don't think either would be a make it or break deal as long as hygiene was followed. Agree, for some reason uncut cocks do not appear as enjoyable to me.

It's very common here in Ireland to be uncut, I had a completely opposite experience to yourself growing up
I never understood why someone would willingly allow another person to take a knife to their cock

I don't have them (cut) but do you have to call them "ugly?" Even if some part of a woman's appearance doesn't appeal to me, first I'd remember that everything is attractive to somebody, so "ugly" is not objective but part of a person's individual and unique aesthetics of beauty. I just find it funny to be honest. Most of this to me is just good natured fun. Some take it way too serious.
