Garters will fit of course but not sure bra and panties would. My wife says often the biggest sizes are uncomfortably small on her, except at the places I've found that design for real women and not runway models. But if they SAY they have your size, maybe you'll be OK. Don't let my comments make you nervous, what do I know?

I have an oversized head so my big problem is finding hats that fit. Even some baseball caps, adjusted to the loosest fitting, give me a headache! And in the winter I usually need to visit 5 or 6 stores to find a wool beanie that stretches big enough!

Of course, sexy MALE underthings for me tend to be too small to hide much of my size but they're not uncomfortable and for some STRANGE reason my wife doesn't seem to mind at all that they don't hide much!
