I heard from Just_e today...the first time in a while. There really aren't words to describe how much I miss this man each day. Though I hear from his daughter, it was much more exciting to get a message. He's still in and out of the hospital...my family will keep praying. If you do...will you add him to your list?

I had some fresh made bread toasted yesterday... does that count?

I see that people are distinguishing between candy and chocolate... that seems a fairly reasonable distinction.

For easily available candy - I am gonna go with gummy bears. Regular gummie bears - the ones from Germany are the best. Turns out they are pretty low calorie compared to other candy stuff too.

Chocolate... these days, M & m's are one of my go-tos. Again, quite low cal per and - I love the colors and the basic pure chocolate goodness inside. Besides, one of my bosses has an M & M dispenser in her office.
