This one is easy. To be disease-free and healthy by far. Without your health, nothing else matters.
I'm already in love, can travel, happy & satisfied.
I'd hate to be famous, immortality, staying young forever or never losing loved ones doesn't seem realistic to me. Neither is to go back in time, but that subject fascinates me & always has.

I just want to create dialogue and have some fun. So thank you to all of those that have made suggestions. There was one from someone that shall go unnamed that I wish we could use, but I don't think I can think of enough blunt objects
