I do like what Shaun's written here!
I voted yes though I have no experience of this. But dear friends of mine have, and a small handful of them still in love and married to that person they saw and knew. So it happens. For me personally, love dawned slowly, over a period of months. Actually, 'dawning' is the wrong metaphor, as I was on and off with my affection and interest through those months, much to her agonizing I later discovered!
