"she wouldn't be able to see me under the table, and if she were to ask, well you simply say I had to step outside." Ark smiled very conspiratory and sexy like. "but I can also do that back at our room as well."

"You are a rogue. And after spending so much time in the wilderness, I prefer the creature comforts of a bed. And then we need not worry about interruptions." She gave him a sultry smile and ate another piece of the fruit.

 

[Lordmikel]

Ark winks at Morwena. "Very well, the bed it is, and we will make sure to lock the door so we get no interruptions." He takes another bite of food, loving it as the fruit is still warm.

"Well then, we have something to look forward to." Morwena grinned. "As if we didn't before. In truth, Ark, I am enjoying seeing your city through your eyes and not some royal tour. She ate more of the fruit. Is there any place else you want to show me?"

 

[Lordmikel]

Ark thought about the various places throughout the town. "Well I've shown you a few of the more important locations. The most unique." Ark tried to think of what other places. "There are of course other places to eat, but I can stuff you only with food."

"You have become rather bold since I've let you into my bed. Have a care when others are around." She smiled to soften her comment. But it was true, Ark had been taking quite a few liberties of late with the way he spoke to her. She wasn't accustomed to it and occasionally it chafed her.

"Perhaps we can just take a long walk back to the castle so I can familiarize myself more with the city."

 

[Lordmikel]

"of course" responds Ark. "I can escort you around more of the city. You will want to familiarize yourself with locations and landmarks should we ever get separated."

"A very good idea. And I do enjoy being outdoors. So ... Show me the important parts of the city so I can become familiar with landmarks." She smiled.

((So sorry for the long delay. I started a new job and then promptly got sick. I'm back on track now.))

Ark continued to show Morwena around town. There were more parks then she might have expected as he pointed out 4 different ones. Not very large, but they did have a few trees within them. There were also a number of horticulture shops, having fresh flowers, a few herb shops, and a few places where women were at the window calling out to the men and women passing by.

Finally they arrived back at the palace, Ark bringing them in through the servant's entrance to avoid anyway realizing they had returned.

"Think you know more of the town?"

"Thank you for showing me more of your town. I have renewed hope that the elves and humans can come together in harmony. Do you think we have rooted out all the traitors who tried to stop the treaty?"

They walked together back to her rooms.

Ark nodded as they walked back to her room. "Yes I do believe with your abilities we have gotten all of the traitors. Even if one managed to elude you, I doubt they will try anything. They have no support."

 

[haremfaery]

Morwena paused. "Then I suppose there is nothing left to keep me here. I shall have to return home. I would like you to return with me so my father may reward you for keeping me safe." And it would allow them to be together longer.

 

[Lordmikel]

Ark nodded. "Yes, I'm quite sure there would be no problem with me escorting you back as well. We can probably even get horses, no walking for us." He says, smiling at how they had to walk here.

Ark escorted her back to their room and soon enough they had horses and provisions ready for the next morning.

"Did you want a carriage to return in?"
