A world where human biology dictates that a woman's vagina will not relax enough to receive, nor will her hymen give way, to anything except a penis that is related to her on a first-order relation: Brother or Father. Only their pre-cum causes proper arousal and softens the tissue, and only their penile flesh causes the vagina to pleasurably give way the first time. After that, anyone can enter.
