Deleting Pics

Does anyone know what the reason is for deleting pics and what the new rules are?? Although we have never posted we enjoy viewing others who post we are just not ready for that yet. Some are saying they are moving to another site is this reality and where could other fellow LIT's go to interact with our friends??
