I observe thar any democratic society with 3 or more political factions becomes anarchy.
I have observed that there are democratic societies in Europe where they have half a dozen (or more) political factions. Instead of descending into anarchy, they form coalitions, make compromises, form temporary alliances and enter into agreements with each other to get things done.
This sort of cooperation, negotiation and compromise is almost the exact OPPOSITE of anarchy.
