Yep, they voted for it, because if anyone thought to object, Homeland Security suddenly went to Code Orange.

Keep telling yourself that the Dems weren't happy to get that control over our lives as well and only voted for it because a gun was put to their head.

Investigate them, drag every one of the politicians who benefited kicking and screaming in front of an ethics panel. Remove as many of them as legally possible from office.

The GOP may want to look into this pretty seriously though, they're already a minority. Do they really want wide-ranging ethics investigations either? I'm guessing not.

If we investigated it in a serious manner they'd all be gone. Which I'd love, we need to hit the reset button because its all career politicians (well 98%, barring the Franken's, Bunning's and other few athlete/celebs).

If put to a vote do you think many, if any of the GOP congresspersons would vote in favor? I'm thinking not. But let your petty little partisan blinders keep you on the "right" path.

The DoJ should mount it's own investigation. It doesn't need congress' approval to do so. Appoint a special prosecutor and have at it. So long as everyone is looked at I have no issue with this.
