I think that just as Ted Kennedy's creation, the HMO turned into a Frankenstein that put the cost of Health Care through the roof, that we now seek to turn our children into slaves in order to be more comfortable in our "Golden Years."

Pretty much bro.

The Bill is an abortion from the get go. It became an albatross as soon as the privatization components were stripped.

The long term forecasts are that our great-grand-children will be suffering an 80% tax burden to pay for SS, Medicare, Medicaid, etc. under the current system. But instead of doing something about it, they just load more on.
