detachable showerhead advice

Hmmm, I have a ... friend, and she has installed a new water system in her house, and there is suddenly quite a bit of water pressure.

As a result, my friend has fallen in love with the detachable showerhead.

Are there any concerns with this? Can water applied externally still arrive with any pressure inside the body (she reports that her vagina does get full of water too).

I am just concerned for the potential for infection, especially pelvic infections, if some water got pushed in.

About a year or so ago I absolutely fell in love with a detachable showerhead and it has served me well since, at least when I am home. It is my absolutely favorite way to masturbate. I have not had any problems with pelvic infections, so as far as I know it is perfectly safe.

Women get water inside them while swimming all the time, yet rarely have any problems even with lake water which has assorted bacteria and other microbes in it.

If chlorine, air and pressurized water is entering her vagina, then there's a potential for problems like infections, embolisms and scarring/endometriosis. The chance may be slim, but I'd bet it's there nonetheless.

Tell her to aim it at her clit more and vary the distance and angle to get the right amount of stimulation. My showerhead has a 3-stream setting that gets my clit and perineum when aimed right, so nothing gets pushed into my vagina. So, getting a different showerhead might be an option if she's concerned as well.

Yeah, but lake/ocean/pool water doesn't enter in a pressurized stream that's full of air and some women are far more prone to infections.

The pressure is what makes having sex in water and someone/something blow into the vagina are dangerous.

I have written a story about doing just this...

This has been a favorite of mine for a long time now as well, and I've never had any problems arise from it. I think there would be only a very small chance of something happening and it's never discouraged me from using my showerhead either! The best ones though are the ones that you can adjust the pressure of the water by turning the head, make it harder or softer depending on what you like, or even get a toy going at the same time. It doesn't take long to get the hang of it for sure!

Sounds good to me!

Thanks for the responses, you were so helpful! I will pass them to her.
