"Ive been through a lot Lucifer, well you know. This will be cake compared to other things Ive been through. Have you ever seen a mortal go through this? I'm not worried if there maybe pain, Ive been stabbed and sliced up by a couple angels" She chuckled, running her fingers down his chest, thinking.

She looked at him listing to him laugh, stroking his cheek.
"You will amount to something Lucifer and your far from crazy" She smiled lovingly, she sighed softly kissing him.
She had noticed something with Lucifer, every once in a while she saw wounds form on his body and figured it was because of who he was. Being the devil and living in hell, he maybe gentle to her but not on the bodies he takes, he would always have to heal the body. Melody noticed his skin was breaking down, she placed her hand on his chest and a warm light started to come from her body. Melody smiled such a big smile and put her hand down.
"I love you Lucifer, not even a thousand hellhounds would separate us, tomorrow will be a new chapter for us..." She cuddled into him and closed her eyes, tomorrow was going to be hard but with him she wasn't afraid.

"I did amount to something, I'm the most feared entity anywhere in the galaxy, hell even planets fear me...OK wait forget that I told you there is sentient planets."
He watched as she healed the skin of his vessel, maintenance wasn't really his forte, he gave her a thank filled smiled and held her as she snuggled up.
"I love you too and when all this is over you will have nothing to fear as you will gain more powers than you have now."
He smiled at her,

She smiled and yawned a little bit, he had been a very long time since she was able to sleep peacefully, Melody ended up falling asleep in Lucifer's arms. When she woke up it was late, and Lucifer was gone. She wasn't worried about it at all, she remembered what all she needed so she started to get everything.

"I got everything set, the black cats come when called so when ever you want to get it done..." She put everything down on the table and came up behind him. Wrapping her arms around him.
