It was, thank you. It would have been better had I eaten a Cadbury Creme Egg!

How was your weekend?

The old size or the new size? I was watching the news before heading off to exercise this morning. They were showing examples of the shrinking product sizes. This was one and it was apparently shown on one of the late night talk shows.

Hershey's has reduced the size of the egg in the States, but the producer in England hasn't. Of course the price didn't drop.

The old size of course!

The size decreases and the price stays the same. When I was in grade school we could buy a Hershey bar for a nickel and share it with three or four friends. The amount of penny candy we could buy for a nickel was sinful. A nickel wasn't hard to come by either because we could always collect bottles and take them in for the refund.

Yes, collecting bottles was definitely a way to make some money. :) I firmly believe Coke tastes best from a glass bottle all nice and cold. I don't drink it very often any more.

I agree 100% I rarely drink it either, but once during the summer I will buy the orginal coke in the bottles and chill them. That's when it's really good.

My weekend was refreshing TY. I had a Cadbury Egg, one was plenty. Needed a large glass of milk to wash it down. I've never seen a chocolate hen before so not really sure where they come from.

I started to eat one, but with my blood sugar a bit high, I passed it up. I don't want to end up pre-diabetic or diabetic, so candy is off limits.

I really get "the bite" when drinking it that way. :D Haven't seen Coke in glass bottles for the longest time.
