as for biking, city roads and bike paths. nothing too hardcore, but I must say that my quads are sore. I'm recovering from a fall (hence the wrist brace), so this was my first time back in the saddle in several weeks.

Ha...sorry about the mixup. Anyway, I do hear that Zumba is fun, so give it a try if you ever get the chance.
