depend on your preferences,
predilictions ,
and ultimately ,
your appetite ...

as for sore...
that is such an open ended terms...
it would depend where ,
how ,
from what cause ...

recalling certain pics , I suppose your wrists might well be a little sore ,
depending on how hard you struggled against the wrappings.

so much in life can be determined by one's own actions ,
