Evening gang,
I think we've all had fun here! My index is looking pretty hefty and if I'm becoming stuck for ways to make the same body and 'set' look fresh and new. I'm in the process of buying a house which is consuming a lot of my time and I haven't even packed yet! To sum it up my life has sort of....exploded.
When I do have time to pop on here I find my skulking on page 3 or worse, there are a lot of daily picture posters and I struggle to keep up. The result of this is that I feel disappointed I'm not *making* time. Then it becomes a chore to keep it all indexed.
I think once I've moved I'll have more time, picture threads need a lot of attention to keep them 'popular' and I don't have the energy to compete. I'll keep an eye on my pm's and I'll be back to my old self soon enough...
I'd say don't worry about the index... either find someone willing to help you, or let people just click on the attachments link outside the thread... or let them actually read the posts.
Indexes are a nice bonus, but they don't make or break a thread.

Congratulations on buying a house, DD. That's quite a milestone.
I, for one, have enjoyed pretty much everything you've posted. Your posts are lovely, often clever, and obviously a lot of effort has gone into making them. You shouldn't feel that you need to "compete" with anyone, as your posts (not just the pictures) are about quality, not just quantity.

I'm sure that everyone here would agree that seeing you a little irregularly is much better than not seeing you at all!
This isn't a competition, so no need to feel you need to compete. That said, I'm pretty sure we could organise some kind of 'daily bump', to keep you right at the top of the front page - or even petition for you to be made sticky as the sexiest lady of lit.
Hmm... I' not sure that came across right.
Anyway, what I'm trying to say is, good luck, and congratulations with the house, and remember that whenever you pop up here you make our day.
