Finally got a post out. Completely pointless. You're welcome.
Gee thanks, "Belle's post will fill in the blanks" -- damn Genie. Always leavin' a mess. Bwahahah. PINK PALACE. Er. Sorry, I'm having flashbacks to Fantasia.
Beast's Curse - I'd like for it to be Raven and Fenrir that put the curse on beast. The Raven/Diaval has always been a cross-over character across a few fables. Not sure if Beast actually wants to lose the curse and thus all his power or not at this point, but should make for some interesting interaction.
Deirdre Morte - That either Deirdre is or is the only living descendent of Merryweather, Raven's nemesis.
Belle's Magic Ring - When Merryweather put her curse on Raven, Merryweather extracted the most dangerous ability Raven had: To locate anything anywhere regardless of time and space. It was too powerful. So most of the ability was sucked out and put into a beautiful, very shiny and precious magical ring.
Merlin the Perv - This one is up to the GM, but I was thinking the old man that trained me was Merlin, but I know we can't affect other potential characters in any significant way in our backstory without permission. But there's another plot hook dangling out there.
Evil Queen - In Sleeping Beauty, the Evil Queen has a raven she confides her plans into as well. This raven isn't as loyal or useful (e.g. Post Maleficent / Merryweather), but I figure she was there as well. Furthermore, that it was probably Raven that put Sleeping Beauty to sleep as well.
Maleficient - I'm excited for the re-union as well with Maleficent!
Potentially introducing another hero - I was mulling over this last night, and thought about potentially taking the character of Aladdin and having him be a street kid that Madame works with. His ability would be pyrokentics (desert and all), and given to him by Madame. He's beholden to her because of it (and additional other reasons), and I thought it might be fun to introduce him as an erstwhile hero that she sends to spy on the up and coming group, an eventual conflict arising from his honest desire to want to do good, but his past holding him back.
What do you guys think?
Only if I get to sing the song Friend like me, or Prince Ali...whichever.

Um, yes.
If I move forward with the character, maybe he's a huge fan of Gene and like, wants to be friends SO BAD Y'ALL but he thinks no one would like him because he has a juvie record 5 miles long.

Beast's Curse - I briefly talked with Vail about having Madame being the one that put the curse on the Beast, as her powers include the transformative. The original idea I'd pitched was that as a business man, Beast had tried to muscle in on the neighborhood that Madame lived in, and was a total little shit to her. As Madame does have an affinity for where she lives (though no one is supposed to know that ), she didn't take well to these threats and transformed him into a beast for acting like one to her. It was meant as a prank - something that was meant to give him a scare, and it was going to wear off. However, as Madame does not have perfect control of magic (the idea is that she is a conduit in which magic moves through), the curse turned out to be something way more severe, and out of her depth to actually break.
As of now, we hadn't heard back from Silver in regards to the idea, so, really, either idea I think could work insofar as how the curse happened. I'm particular to my idea, but it's not something that I'm insisting on. It could be recycled for another character.
Belle's Magic Ring - Vail, again, had a few ideas in regards to the ring, and that's what was working behind the interaction between Belle and Madame. But I don't see any reason why we couldn't work this in. Maybe the story that Vail has now can be a lie that Madame made up, because, well, she's a liar and likes to manipulate. However, the ring is nothing that Madame actually wants. She doesn't really need to find something as so much as try to make sense of the world around her.
We should totally put our heads together, ladies
As an aside...

Madame & Raven I could see these two conflicting and working together depending on what is going on. Can't wait to see what transpires. =)
Apollo_Wilde: I haven't opened up second characters yet, but seeing as Aladdin could be a potentially playable character (and almost was with Silver when he first joined), I can't allow you to choose him to be a NPC.

Where is silver? We need his input on some of this.
Beast Backstory I vote to keep the story of Beast's transformation being done by Madame. It fits the characters well and creates a nice connection between Beast, Madame and Belle.
Deirdre Ancestry I like the idea of Deirdre being in the same family as Merryweather. That could be a reason for Belle and Raven to interact but it would most likely be due to whatever tangle Deirdre may find herself.
Deirdre is an NPC that I created to flesh out Belle's life. If she is going to be a key figure used to drive plot ideas, I need to make a solid mini-CS for her that way she will be written in a consistent manner. Sounds good? More work for me! Help is always appreciated. =)
Belle's Ring Let's go with both! I wanted the story that we created about the ring to be told in our posts. Kizkiz, I will send you the story.
Let's go with Merryweather taking from Raven and creating the ring. The ring ends up in Belle's family due to the story. No reason why both can't be true.
Aladdin Not sure if HotCider will be keen on a prime figure like that being added as a NPC. I totally think it would be fun to have him added as a good bad guy that wants to join the cool kids. Except, who are the cool kids? The Sentinels. =) Bwahahha
Wouldn't it be fun if Madame sends Aladdin to join the Sentinels to find out info for her and whatnot. But he's basically a good guy so there could be great potential conflict in all directions later.
Genie Singing IF ANYONE ELSE WANTS TO JOIN: Genie will be performing on March 7th night at the Lounge and maybe she will sing the song. Hahaa
Also, Genie hitting on Aladdin--hilarious.
Evil Queen Kizkiz, I feel like that is writing backstory for a key figure of storyland that someone could play. I love the background you have for Raven. She rocks. However, I think it's a bit much for her to be involved in everything raven related. You have a ton going on already with your character. Let's see what happens as she enters the story and we weave in new plot.
Madame & Raven I could see these two conflicting and working together depending on what is going on. Can't wait to see what transpires. =)
Love the opening post for Genie, Katt.
kizkiz: Hey kizkiz, so I reviewed your profile and the only thing I have to say is the "abilities." Unless she spent years doing those things, I doubt that most of them are applicable. If you meant "know" as in she read about it, but she isn't capable in performing these skills, then that's fine. But I need that clarified. Overall, the profile was very enjoyable to read and I like how you made a landfill your base of operations. Unless you want to, but really you don't have to, you can write out a description fro the Forbidden Mountain. If you don't want to, I can easily link its description to your profile, which would be easier for you I'm sure since you already went through the lengths to explain/describe it. Just let me know.
Ring I sent kizkiz the backstory. =) Are we moving forward with the combined idea of Merryweather taking from Raven and it coming down to Belle?
kizkiz, let me know if we should talk about Dierdre and what Raven may want to do with her cause of her connection to Merryweather.
