Do I need to repost a story if I want to change the title of it?

I wrote a story (USAmericana: Hot Topics) but I realize that most of the erotica that I'm writing is 'set' in the "USAmericana Universe" and I'd LOVE to drop the "USAmericana" part from the title, but it has reviews and ratings and such.

If I wanted to edit the title, would I just need to delete the old version and repost it and accept losing all the views and votes and such, or is there a simpler way to change it?

I'd just want to change it to "Hot Topics", not anything drastic.

Be sure to spell out in the Notes field that it's the title which is changing.

The story moderator will make the change for you and the story will keep all the views and comments and favorites and ratings.

It will take a while - much longer than a normal publishing approval.
