Can only share personal experience. My first wife did not, every woman since, including my current wife, has not only swallowed but were eager too. Not huge numbers, but I'd guess 8 out of 9. It's never been that important to me, and I'd never make a big deal of wanting or expecting it...maybe that's the secret to getting it.
